By selling your device to TamTam, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The seller must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the device.
2. Devices must be fully owned, network-unlocked, and not blacklisted, reported lost, or stolen.
3. The price shown online is an estimate, based on the answers provided. The final price will be confirmed only after a physical inspection by our representative.
4. Devices must match the exact condition, model, and specifications entered during the online evaluation. TamTam reserves the right to adjust the final offer accordingly.
5. Devices not approved by the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) may be subject to price reductions or outright rejection.
6. The seller must ensure iCloud is signed out, “Find My iPhone” is disabled, and all personal data is erased before handing over the device. TamTam will not be responsible for any data remaining on the device.
7. The seller must present a valid Emirates ID or passport and sign a confirmation form acknowledging the transaction and device condition.
8. In case of discrepancies between the stated and actual condition of the device, TamTam reserves the right to modify the offer or cancel the transaction.
9. Cash will be paid on the spot after inspection and mutual agreement on the final price.
10. Once payment is made, full ownership of the device is transferred to TamTam.
11. TamTam, operated under [ Raya General Trading L.L.C ], reserves the right to refuse any transaction at its discretion.
12. These terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice.
